Release Notes - 2017.04.20

Here is a list of what's included in this release:

New Features

User Preferences
  • Users can set their timezone for Interview Scheduling
Internal Messaging
  • Master admins can send messages to individual users and/or to the entire company

  • Option to show/hide Job View (briefcase)

  • Master Applicant Report (provides ability to produce list of unique records by specific criteria, then expand to see multiple applications where applicable)

Feature Updates

  • Candidate View displays events in user's preferred timezone
  • Additional Attached Users, Vendors, Parties to Notified now all integrated into Job Req creation & edit
  • Removed required for document title when uploading documents to candidate or job (used document name as title)
  • Display iframe code for Intranet in Career Center Setup
  • Added approver and req approver columns to Contact Maintenance
  • Offer letter is now visible in candidate's documents panel
  • Removed "Forward Offer" button in Offer Panel
  • Static approval chain - hide approval chain selector if user has bypass approval, 
  • When creating a new job req, default owner/hiring manager to currently logged in user
Enhancements & Fixes
  • Updated HTML editor greatly improves copy & paste from Word and fixes issue with using lists
  • Fixed issue with Add Notes to candidate in Interview Scheduling didn't honor line breaks when put in e-mail
  • Fixed issue with double validation messages in contact editor
  • Fixed issue with Approval counts (jobs, offers) did not show as badge or next to each item in dropdown in navbar
  • Fixed issue with Job Req that is declined did not reset to pending when approval chain restarted
  • Fixed issue with not setting Internal Application Submitted milestone in QuickApply application when appropriate
  • Fixed the display of feedback score on mobile devices that had a % sign after it. Display score % instead.
