This release features many new features and significant updates to our new user interface (Beta). Users can now switch back & forth between the legacy and Beta platforms, as well as set a preference for which interface they want to use and which page they want to land on upon login (jobs overview or a dashboard).
Job View Page (NEW)
- New page containing hub of information to view and manage all aspects of a job posting
- Added ability to upload & import candidates via CSV file into job
Messaging (NEW)
- Added SMS / text messaging option which sends text to candidate and provides them with ability to reply through browser.
Job Edit
- Improved layout and form structure
- New HTML editor with improved controls and paste from Word
Job Req Approvals
- Added option to restart offer approval process
Schedule / Log Interviews
- When logging interview, default “Performed By” dropdown to current user and disable associated textbox. If change to first item, enable textbox.
- Merged logged interviews into task list in interviews tab.
- Added free/busy time viewer for connected calendars (works with Google and Exchange/Office365).
Milestones
- Added new milestone “Internal Application Submitted” and set it during application process (in addition to Application Submitted).
Job Apply
- Auto-redirect to intranet application if candidate e-mail is in company domain and company has intranet enabled.
User Preferences
- Added user preference to hide "No Interest" candidates in search grid
- Added option to choose default user interface and default landing page
- Added support for user preference to specify user interface to log into by default.
Jobs Overview
- Added new briefcase icon & link new Job View page.
- Styling updates & minor format enhancements
Mobile / Tablet Interface
- Hide one of the summary lines and both separators if 4 or fewer records displayed.
- Added list view to contact list and styled listview items to look like card for contact list, job overview, and candidate search results. Job overview and search candidate listviews now for small and xtra small screen sizes. Made clear filters and toggle filters buttons instead of just icons in jobs overview.
- Added side panels for smaller screens for Job Details, Candidates, Interviews, and History.
- Numerous refinements for mobile devices and small screen sizes.
System Updates & Enhancements
- Numerous improvements to text/font displays & better consistency throughout the entire platform
- Removed Add Candidate, Import Candidates, or E-Mail Job buttons if job is closed or declined.
- More tweaks for UI on xs screens.
- Added link at top of page to switch to new ui.
- Added modal dialog to appear when detecting a redirect from legacy site to give info on getting back to legacy as well as changing UI preference.
- Removed candidate import from administration.
- Removed Add Job and Add Candidate from Jobs and Candidates dropdowns, respectively. Single-click to jobs overview now. Moved Prospects out of Candidates dropdown. Reduced height of navbar in md resolution.
- Moved company name to footer in all resolutions. Hide copyright notice in footer in xs size.
- Fixed some issues with link generation for social sharing especially as it related to sharing local server names and converting to publically accessible.
- Fixed chart hide/show and resizing issues especially when rotating iPad (changes from tabs+panels to all panels).
- Fixed issue that could cause compose email/sms dropdown button in candidate messages tab to not be full visible.
- Fixed error caused by previous edit change changed Image Buttons to Link Buttons.
- Fixed issue with Rank not being displayed in certain areas
