Here is what is included in this release:
User Management
- New user permission to hide assessment test scores and order assessments (if assessments are enabled)
Dashboards
- Removed non-applicable filters from Executive Dashboard if master company (location, department, group, function, recruiter)
Intranet Module
- If internal job description exists for the job it will be displayed on the Intranet site instead of the regular job description
- Added auto-responder for Internal Candidate applications
Reports
- Added WOTC screened count on Hired Candidate Summary report (if company has WOTC enabled)
- Added Job Code as to both Group By and filters in Candidate Summary report
System Enhancements
- In Job View/Briefcase updated Links tab to include brand ID designation (if job is assigned to a brand)
- Added an option to Use do not reply e-mail in candidate invitations (invite to test, video interview, etc.)
- Company can choose to control whether to use Quick Apply for Intranet and EEO in Quick Apply (Fast Apply Setup in System Setup is now Application Setup and has Fast Apply and Quick Apply tabs)
- Added option to enable signature capture in Quick Apply
- Added Replacing and Reason for replacing to Hired Candidates Custom Reports
- Various visual enhancements, plus performance and security improvements
