Release Notes - 2017.03.30

Here is a list of what's included in this release:
 
New Features
 
Confidential Jobs
  • Allows for the creation of confidential job postings.
  • Company can set the company name that will be sent in feeds (e.g. Leading Casual Restaurant Chain).
  • Job details landing page is a different URL that will hide any company information.
  • Application will always be Fast Apply and the company logo will be hidden and the messages (configurable in Fast Apply Setup) will be different
  • No e-mail auto response will be sent to the candidate
System Administration
  • Added configuration of tracking codes to System Setup so the client has control over them
  • Added new Application Start tracking code
  • New Offer/Hire rules to give companies option require the application be signed prior to offer and/or hire
  • Added ability to turn on/off EEO and OFCCP options
  • Added the ability to specify text that will appear on every job details page (Job Details Text in Career Center Setup). Must be added to template as well.
Updates
  • Prevent applicants from changing referral source if it can be determined from the referrer URL or landing page URL (applies to regular apply, quick apply, and fast apply).
  • Prevent applicants from changing referral source when coming through the update application process.
  • Redesigned offer and job req approval pages and e-mails and made them consistent.
  • Automatically add view/accept offer button to candidate e-mail if not in template. This will prevent it from appearing in the log (be sure to remove it from any existing offer e-mail templates).
  • Candidate view will now display indicators (top section, top of middle column) for application not signed, multiple applications (removed icon next to name), and if hired in another job.
  • When un-hiring a candidate, the number of positions available will be incremented by 1 automatically (if a number is currently in the field).
  • Replaced editor in e-mail template library and job template library (same page) with new editor.
  • Enhancements to Executive dashboard widgets displaying grades for assessments (where applicable).
System Enhancements & Bug Fixes
  • Cover letter will preserve line breaks when displaying in candidate snapshot
  • Fixed error in some legacy applications due to e-mail not being set when it was being validated against company domain
  • Candidate Summary report now says "Group By" instead of "Sum By" for the first filter
  • Fixed Executive dashboard "No date restriction" issue
  • Fixed issue with reply to e-mail for company if it was blank it didn't set the from address
