Here's is what is included in this release:
Employee Referrals Module
We've made the following major updates to the entire Employee Referrals Module (Note: some of these features need to be installed and configured by Hirebridge. Please contact support@Hirebridge.com for more details):
- Added a new, self-service portal for employees to log in and submit candidates to jobs that are available for referral awards.
- Added configuration options to turn on/off where referrals can be submitted, which candidate fields are visible/required, whether to request feedback from the referrer via a question set after submittal, and more. NOTE: Please contact Hirebridge to have some of these features installed and configured
- Choose which jobs are posted to the referral portal and display award amounts.
- Fixed an issue where sometimes the employee who referred the candidate was not being displayed in the correct location.
- Added the ability to upload and import list of employee names & email addresses to use as verification for employee referral accounts
Messaging Module
- Users can now directly message team members from within a candidate record via the a new Team Messages tab). This uses our internal messaging system to send the message (viewable via envelope icon in navbar) and notifies with a push message. Also logs it to the messages log.
Offers Module
- Added support for additional fields to be added on the Offer Letter Acceptance & Signature page so companies can collect additional information at time of acceptance.
Enhancements & Fixes
- Added ability to restrict Hiring Managers from cloning jobs that are less than 30 days old via their Hiring Manager Dashboard widget
- Dashboard widgets now utilize data from all jobs the user is attached to in any role
- Made phone # of recruiter and hiring manager available as merge fields in e-mail templates. Also supported (along with e-mail address) for users in other roles, but those merge fields must be inserted by typing them as it would clutter the merge field list of they were all added.
- Enhancements to referral source tracking & reporting for a variety of utm tags and sources.
- Fixed an issue where some buttons were hidden in the middle of the page but on in the quick actions menu.
- Changed default interview duration to 30 minutes
- Admins can now create remote/non-specific job locations by simply clicking a checkbox at the top of the form and it will remove the “Required” property on city, state, country, and zip.
- Added cost tracking if the company's Hire Candidate template contains fields for job cost (type, item code, amount).
- Added back the default e-mail template for question set e-mails but removed the link to the question set and it will be added automatically.
- Fixed an issue where a person is both a user and a contact they will no longer appear multiple times in the Attendees box when scheduling interviews.
- Fixed and issue with the Search Candidate page so it now displays the corresponding list of offered or hired candidates with the My Dashboard widget.
