This article is for companies that have integration with the Orange Tree background screening service.
In order for users to be able to order & view results via they must have permission to do so. Edit each user's account and select the View Background Check and Can Request Background Check options:
The only additional step is that each user will need to go to the Preferences Panel > Connections Tab > Orange Tree link:
The user's Email Address should be entered into the User Name field (the Password field should be blank):
Then click the Save button.
