- Reminders Service
- Schedule reminders for candidates to complete various tasks such as update application, complete question set, complete assessment
- Schedule reminders to for system users to complete various tasks such as complete feedback, eval forms, approve reqs and offers
- Prospect Activity Report
- Report on various activity regarding prospects including # added, # invited to apply, the # that have applied, the # that have applied as a direct result of the invitations, phone calls (# of prospects called as well as total calls), emails (total sent, read, replies as well as count of individuals that have been sent emails), and text messages.
Enhancements & Fixes
- Referral source tracking now lets you group sources for reporting on the Candidate Summary Report
- Referral source tracking now lets you specify a source type for grouping on the Candidate Summary Report
- New dropdown list of added (Referral Source Type) where you can add types such as Social Media, Job Fair, and Job Board
- Added new log type of Phone Calls with its own button on the Notes tab in Candidate Info (and prospects, too)
- Company can now control the title and prompt text of the resume upload in Quick Apply
