Here are highlights for what is included in this release:
New Features
- Resume Viewer
- A new Resume tab has been added to Candidate Profile page and displays the candidate's resume in its original format directly on the page! This features requires your company's main admin to turn on, so if you don't see this new tab, send an email to support@hirebridge.com so we can install it for you.
- The Resume toolbar icon uses the new viewer in a pop-up window, which is much faster and compatible will most resume file formats
- A Resume Icon column can be added in the Candidate List / Search Results grid that provides for the ability to click to view without having to access the candidate's profile page
- System admin can turn on/off Snapshot and Resume tabs if needed
- New Subscribe to System Events (email alerts) for specific system events
- Allows users to subscribe to certain system events to receive notifications via email
- Accessible from User Preferences (green button near all the way to the right of page title)
- Different list of available events for users vs. hiring managers
- Selectable email template for notifications
- New Offer/Hire options (in System Setup, Offer/Hire Options) to require background check and/or offer before hire
- Support for Dropbox and Google Drive as sources for resumes during Quick Apply
- Role-based approval chains have a new option for each approver to indicate that they are only part of the chain if the compensation falls outside the approved range for the job
- Only appears for approval chains that are offer-only or both offer and req (only applies to offer approvals)
- Question Set (if present) will now be included directly on the Quick Apply application form
- When editing a Logged Interview and neither the Proceed, Do Not Proceed, nor Maybe Proceed milestones have been set for that interview type, the user will be presented with those choices.
- Under Quick Apply application options you can indicate whether or not resume is required
- Fixed an issue whereby sometimes using the Use DO NOT REPLY when no interesting a candidate (non-streamlined) was not being honored
- Fixed an issue whereby No Interest page did not always use company setting of "Default to send regrets e-mail"
