Here are highlights for what's included in this release:
- Added 8 new user roles: HR Generalist, Director, District Manager, General Manager, Manager, Department Head, Functional Lead, and Director of Operations. They are supported in team messaging, sending of eval forms, and milestone notifications as well. All roles are now supported in team messaging, eval form sending, and milestone notifications.
- Developer-only logins now have links to each portal setup: career center, employee referral, vendor, and candidate
- Event notifications can now be delivered by email
- Event notifications can now have conditions set for notifications (requires some knowledge of C#). When previewing a payload it will tell you if the selected candidate meets those conditions so you can easily test the logic.
- Past interviews are hidden in My Interviews (as well as those marked as complete), unless you choose to unhide them
- Offer Accepted and Offer Declined notifications will no longer be sent automatically to the recruiter and/or hiring manager of the corresponding milestone is set to notify anyone.
- When sending email to a candidate, if you choose 2-way emails (respond via web page) you will see a new checkbox offering you to hide your name so it will not appear on the page that the candidates is brought to.
- There is a new user preference allowing you to select whether you want "Use DO NOT REPLY" checked by default when sending No Interest emails
- You can now forward completed eval forms easily, including to external users. There is a Share button between the candidate's name and the person who completed it, above the eval form responses. You have choose internal users and/or enter email addresses. The link will be to an external page that can be viewed without logging in.
- If you do not have a Hiring Manager Maybe Proceed milestone configured then evaluation forms will not allow you to choose that as an option (even when non-hiring managers complete the form).
- Added ability to send email to employee that referred candidate, with optional link to question set.
- Will now keep tally by employee of # of applications for each candidate who applied and was referred by an employee.
