Release Notes: 2018.07.23

Here are highlights of what is included in this release:

Evaluation Forms

    • When the hiring manager for the job completes the company-defined Hiring Manager feedback form it will now set the hiring manager [do not|maybe] proceed milestones.  Note: a company administrator must add it so the milestone to be set.
    • Optional 4th Final Recommendation button in evaluation forms of Strongly Proceed
    • When sending an eval form to a user that has already received the same one, it will send a link to the original instead of creating a duplicate request

Career Center V2

    • New keyword search filter option has been added
    • New job details landing page (link in briefcase)
    • Faster initial display of jobs by incremental loading

Enhancements & Fixes

  • Added back the ability to use external email addresses when forwarding candidates 
  • Assessments panel in candidate info page now shows all requests and their status
  • New, Candidate Lifecycle report has been added. This is currently and experimental report and will be refined based on feedback. It currently takes a while to run and may have some unexpected results, so please be patient. 
  • Team Messaging now has both company and user-level options as to whether or not to insert link to candidate automatically
  • When forwarding candidate and requesting feedback you can now add and style your own link button and the default ones will be omitted
