Here are highlights of what is included in this release:
New Features
- Added a new Recently Viewed option in the candidate icon navigation bar menu that produces a list of candidates the current user has viewed in the last 30 days.
- Added a new Candidates I Have Viewed icon (green eyeball in the indicator column of candidate list/search results pages) has been added which indicates that the current user has previously viewed candidate. Also added is a new dropdown next to the search results page title that will allow the user to restrict the search results to just those that they have viewed or NOT viewed. Candidate Indicators
- Evaluation Forms have been added to Hiring Manager Feedback page. If eval form selected in hiring manager options:
- Candidates and Submitted Candidates widgets in hiring manager dashboard will now have a "Provide Feedback" button that will bring up the evaluation form for that candidate. If feedback was already provided, instead of the button there will be the date and final recommendation. Any comments will appear as a tooltip when hovering over the final recommendation icon.
- The Candidate View page will display a Provide Feedback button that will bring up the evaluation form for the candidate. If feedback has already been provided it will display the date, the final recommendation, and any comment made as part of the final recommendation.
- Streamlined and improved the Forward Candidate interface to now use type-ahead when selecting users
- Email Notification Configuration page lets you create & configure the email used for notification of new candidates
- Employee Portal can now have it's own logo independent of the career center
- Email Templates now support candidate's Source and Other Source tags
- Added a setting in User Preferences so users set a default for Allow candidate responses via Web siteoption when sending emails
- If a candidate has been submitted via the Employee Referral Portal, a new Comment Icon now appears next to their name on their details page.
- GDPR email for sourced and vendor-submitted candidates did not allow consent URL as a merge field
- Role-based approval chains did not allow more than 1 link for the same role
- Added Application Updatedmilestone
- City/State/Country drop-down list filters are now dependent on Career Center/Jobs Portal pages
- Added added Billing Code field for background screening integrations
