Release Notes - 2018.01.09

Here are highlights for what's included in this release:

Employee Referrals

  • New, dedicated Employee Referral Portal address with login page. Displays a list of all jobs employee referral bonus-eligible.
  • Allows submitting of candidates (if company option allows it) with a button next to each job
  • Allows referring of jobs (if company option allows it) with a dropdown button next to each job with the different sharing methods
  • Accessible from user’s dropdown menu at top-right of page in navbar so users will no the link and can share it with all employees
  • Employee referral dashboard widget now has “View All” link which hyperlinks to report

Custom Report Writer

  • Report writer has a 2 new report types: Offered Candidates w/ Job Details and Hired Candidates w/ Job Details. These reports add all the fields from the job req template

Interview Scheduling

  • Interview scheduling now supports location lists for attendees and candidates
    • New dropdown lists in List Manager under Candidate Lists
    • Type-ahead searching from within location textboxes in scheduling
    • Select from list or enter a new destination (doesn’t save to list)
  • Map preview has been added if a physical address is entered in the location box
  • When logging an interview after clicking the Complete icon next to an event it will use the event details to default

Report Center

  • The report center has been replaced. The original is accessible via a tile in the new interface as well as a separate dropdown menu item in the navbar (has “Legacy” after it)
  • Job req reports now allow multiple job req selections in the search popup
    • Use click-and-drag to select a range
    • Use shift+click to select a range
    • Use ctl+click to select non-contiguous items
    • Or click the checkboxes to select non-contiguous items

Additional Enhancements & Bug Fixes

  • Prospects can now be set as a landing page in User Preferences
  • Dropdown list maintenance now incorporates the type-ahead search box
  • Added JOB APPLIED TO at the top of the Original Application so if a candidate is moved it will be more apparent as to which job they originally applied
  • Tazworks background screening service integration has been added
  • Fixed an issue where some jobs for Campus Recruiting jobs were showing when they weren't designated for view
