Here are highlights for what's included in this release:
- New dashboard widget for restaurant hiring managers that groups together jobs and candidates by role. It also allows for hiring managers that cannot create jobs to send an internal message to a recruiter requesting that he/she creates it.
- Source tracking now captures utm_term from career center landing page and displays it in candidate info
- Employee Referral portal has been completely re-designed and streamlined. Added a new company option (Preferences -> Other) to allow disabling of candidate e-mail upon employee submittal.
- Added merging of subject line in several other places (should be all remaining places) so merge fields can be put in the subject line of e-mail templates
- Offer/Job approval e-mails now have just 2 options: Approve or View Online
- SSO now supports more secure digital signatures (SHA-256, SHA-384, and SHA-512)
- Added notification of hiring team upon Indeed Apply
- Fixed an issue in Candidate Summary Report and Offer/Hire Report when landing page URL had double-quotes in it
- Addressed an issue where if company has static approval chains and they abandon a new job req at the point of attaching documents it would leave the job in an unusable state. Added a clear warning message and an alert upon leaving the page.
- Removed candidate HTML in e-mail to candidate after Fast Apply
- Increased user code/value fields are now 100 characters in length
- ReferJob component in career center will no longer validate the referrer’s domain to see if it’s in the list of company domains
- Added Qualifications/Description field to Indeed job feed
- Fixed an issue with “My Interviews” page where it wasn’t taking into account the user’s preferred timezone
We also launched the first version of our new “Advanced Search” interface (currently in "Alpha" testing) that makes use of new technology we're working on. It's a major leap in full-text searching and is incredibly fast and efficient.
