Job View Page
- New Feature - Import Resumes into Job Req (.doc, .docx, .pdf, .htm, .html, .zip)
- Added job navigation bar to to page between jobs in the previous Jobs Overview search.
- Data display enhancements.
Dashboard
- Renamed "Other" sources to "Miscellaneous Sources" in Source Summary Chart since some customers could have an actual source of Other.
- Moved Offers and Hires counts from Recruiting Snapshot to Candidate counts.
- Removed Open Reqs widget from company dashboard by default.
Candidate Details Page
- Assessments - Fixed issue with display of test scores and test request buttons in candidate view.
Candidate Details Page
- Changed download document link (candidate additional docs, gen doc library) to a dropdown menu with a choice between original document and convert to PDF when it's not already a PDF.
- Expand all candidate timelines (notes, emails, activity, milestones) by default.
- Add toggle details button to activity and milestones.
- Log e-mail sent to candidate to notify of scheduled interview.
- Editing task will now update other attendees' tasks.
- Use milestone dates for offer and hire events
Prospects Module
- Prospects link was inadvertently only displaying if site admin on pages based on MasterPage (e.g. dashboards, candidate info, job view).
User Preferences
- Added user preference for confirming change of candidate stage/status.
Interviews / Tasks
- Schedule Interview invite will only include link to candidate's resume if one exists.
- Default HTML in candidate e-mail unless they viewed it first.
- Changed candidate e-mail to preview only (no edit) because we couldn't allow an edit and then a change of date/time, location, etc. without re-merging from template and losing changes. Added candidates notes textbox so can enter notes and have them merged. Added merge field to template.
Mobile
- Removed Job Details side panel from job view on mobile and tablet screens.
System Updates & Enhancements
- Fixed issue with Bulk "No Interest" not validating required fields upon submit.
- Increased max candidate notes size from 5000 to 50000
- Fixed error in vendor portal due to new company user preferences but not a company user
