Here are highlights for what's included in this release:
New Features & Enhancements
- Added ability to create job links that include campaign, campaign source, and medium (in briefcase view, Links tab)
- Support for Spark Hire for video interviews
- Candidate Summary report has new columns for Sourced candidates, HR interviews, Department Interviews and assessment tests (if applicable)
- Candidate View will now display the campaign source extracted from the landing page URL (if available) as the Source instead of the self-selected source
- Type-ahead fields now use AJAX to populate list so the list doesn't have to be pre-loaded into page (once for each control) greatly reducing page size in some cases
- Integration for SparkHire video interview service
- Enhancements for Employee Referral milestones
Updates & Bug Fixes
- When a candidate tries to view an offer that has expired it will now honor that date and they will not be able to view it
- Fixed issue with Employee Referral Submitted milestone not being properly set
- When a hiring manager submits feedback from candidate page (not as a result of feedback request) it will now set the milestones for Hiring Manager Proceed/Do not proceed according to their interest. Previously this was only supported when responding to request for feedback.
- Fix for campaign source being carried over from prior visit to site
- Fixed issue where candidates that did not complete their application on first visit could have an Initial Date much newer than Create Date and this mismatch would cause them not to appear in list of recent candidates despite their Age showing as recent enough
- Now hides "ban the box" control if job is specified as being outside the U.S.
- Fixed issue with "Candidate First Viewed" not being updated if a status was already set (bulk regret, auto-regret from question set, etc.)
- Visual improvements on offer approval chain list in candidate view and offer manager, e-mail template editor
- Updated WYSIWYG editor component w/ various enhancements
