Here are highlight for what's included in this release:
- Added: Personal Image Library for all users to upload their own images and use them in job descriptions, emails, offer letters, text messages and more.
- Added: Electronic Document Packages can now be added to the Hire Form so users can select and send to new hires to fill and sign for onboarding (Electronic Documents Module required).
- Added: Open Graph fields to Job Req Form to provide more granular control over the presentation when sharing jobs on social media sites.
- Added: If a job is open in multiple locations, an option has been added to the Career Center Setup to show one instance of the job on the company's Job List Page and display all locations in the single listing.
- Added: Option in Offer/Hire administration to turn off all Checkbox Options on the Offer Form.
- Added: Option to mark a candidate as Viewed when using the Add Candidate process.
- Added: For Remote jobs, special styling can be added to the company's CSS and Job Details pages to highlight the fact that the job is remote.
- Added: Ability to create shareable links to documents stored in the General Documents Library for sharing with users and candidates (and whoever has the link).
- Updated: Most dropdown lists that have 20 or more items will now automatically convert to searchable, type-ahead lists to make it easier to navigate and select.
- Updated: Option to suppress additional locations from being displayed on Job List pages when using CareerCenter V1 version.
- Fixed: Request Feedback button will now only permit a user to submit their response one time instead of multiple times.
- Fixed: Unable to click the Enable Editing checkbox to customize CSS after loading template in career center setup
- Fixed: Offer decline not logging some approvers properly.
- Fixed: When using Clone Job process, some vendors do not get retained.
- Fixed: For HTML editors in Smart forms, setting to required does not work.
- Fixed: Restarting Offer Approvals causing errors in some processes.
- Fixed: When adding/editing Locations, hitting the enter key on user's keyboard does not always save info.
