Team Messaging for View-Only Users
Description: Improved collaboration capabilities for hiring managers and other stakeholders with restricted access levels.
Issue Resolved: Previously, enabling Team Messaging under Extended Permissions while View-Only access was active would cause the Team Messaging option to become unavailable.
Implementation:
- Team Messaging button now displays in quick actions bar for View-Only users when permission is enabled
- Functionality limited to user-to-user communication only
- No impact to candidate record access or modification permissions
Interview Calendar Reply-To Address Correction
Issue: Interview responses now route directly to the appropriate recruiter, improving communication efficiency.
Resolution:
- Updated reply-to address configuration for all interview calendar notifications to use recruiter email
- Applied to the following workflows:
- Schedule Interview
- Invite to Interview
- Open Call
- Resolved issue preventing cancellation email delivery for invitation-based interviews
- Updated both ICS file generation and email headers
