AI Phone Screens & Automated Screening
- Overview: Introduced a new AI-driven feature to help clarify missing skills or experience identified during resume matching. The system now automatically generates screening questions based on the Job Description.
- Functionality:
- Recruiters can view and edit these auto-generated questions within the Requisition Briefcase.
- A “Request Screening” option is now available in the Candidate Profile (AppFit).
- Added a new email template merge field,
[SCREENING_QUESTIONS_URL], to send the screening link directly to candidates. - Once the candidate submits their responses, the answers and transcripts appear in a dedicated “Screening Questions” section within the Candidate Snapshot.
Onboarding Candidate Task Bypass
- Overview: Enhanced the Onboarding Workflow to allow recruiters and administrators to manually bypass tasks assigned to candidates.
- Functionality:
- Previously, users could only bypass “Company Tasks.” This update extends that capability to “Candidate Tasks.”
- Authorized users can now mark items such as Formfills, Acknowledgements, and Uploads (e.g., Headshot Photo Uploads) as “Complete” on behalf of the candidate.
- This ensures workflows can proceed even if a candidate is unable to complete a specific step self-service.
