AI & AppFit Updates
- Compliance & Bias Settings: Added a new dedicated page for AppFit settings. Added specific options to reduce bias during AI evaluation by hiding candidate details such as University Name, Graduation Year, GPA, Pronouns, and Gender.
- AppFit Rescoring:
- Added the ability to rescore a candidate automatically after screening questions are completed.
- Added a manual “Rescore” button to recalculate AppFit scores (useful after updating job descriptions or resumes).
- Custom AI Prompts: Added an “Additional AI Prompt” field to Job Lists and templates. This allows administrators to provide specific instructions to the AI model for scoring candidates (e.g., “Give extra points for local candidates”).
- AI Phone Screen Milestones: Added new system milestones for “AI Phone Screen Requested” and “AI Phone Screen Completed” to better track candidate progress.
- Job Description Generator UI: Improved the Job Description Generator interface to ensure radio buttons for Job Type and Pay Type visually update correctly when navigating via keyboard tabs.
Integrations
- Google Meet Integration: Google Meet is now available as an integrated online meeting provider for interview scheduling, alongside existing options like Teams and Zoom.
Administration & Workflow
- Workflow Step Logging: Renamed workflow log actions to include specific prefixes (e.g., “Workflow: Hire Step Entered”) for clearer audit trails and reporting.
- User Admin Permissions: Updated permission logic for adding users. Administrators with restricted access can now only assign users to existing permission groups and cannot create granular custom permissions unless specifically authorized.
Bug Fixes
- Approval Chains: Fixed a critical issue where deactivating a user would inadvertently remove them from active approval chains, causing the chain to break. Deactivated users now remain in the historical chain data to ensure continuity.
- Legacy Question Sets: Resolved an “Object Not Found” error that occurred for new applicants when using legacy question sets combined with auto-reject workflows.
- AI Phone Screening Request: Fixed an issue where the “Request Phone Screen” button would appear even if no screening questions were available. The system now validates question availability and prevents sending requests with 0 questions.
- Workflow Configuration: Prevented the ability to save workflows with zero steps. Workflows now require a minimum number of steps to ensure candidates do not get stuck in a “limbo” state.
- Email Templates: Fixed a permission issue where personal “Regret” email templates were visible in the dropdown menu for other users.
- System Event Cloning: Resolved a bug where cloning an endpoint or handler in System Event Notifications created duplicate copies instead of a single clone.
