Candidate Filtering by AI Match Score
You can now filter candidates based on their AI matching score when searching for applicants. This makes it easier to quickly identify the best-matched candidates for your positions.

Shift Availability Questions
We've added the ability to create custom questions about shift availability in your application forms. This helps you collect detailed availability information from candidates for positions with varying shift requirements.

Multiple Document Uploads for Vendor Submissions
Vendors can now attach multiple documents when submitting candidates, including portfolios, transcripts, and other supporting materials.

Email Templates for Vendors
You can now send email communications to vendors directly from the system using your standard email templates, making vendor communication more streamlined and consistent.

Intranet-Only Application Questions
Create application questions that only appear on internal job postings. This gives you more control over what information you collect from internal versus external candidates.

Candidate Sourcing Attribution
When you invite candidates to apply or share job opportunities from your briefcase, the system now automatically tracks you as the sourcing recruiter. This ensures proper attribution for your recruiting efforts.

Position Inventory Management
The system now prevents users from making offers when there are no positions available. You'll see a clear notification if a position has no remaining inventory.

Closed Job Settings
Administrators can now control whether candidate activities are allowed in closed positions, giving you more flexibility in managing your workflow.

System Expiration Messaging
When your account service needs attention, you'll see a clearer message explaining the situation rather than just password error messages.

Daily Digest Management
When a user account is deactivated, any daily digest notifications they had set up are automatically turned off as well.

Candidate Copy Date Handling
When copying a candidate to a new position, the system now uses today's date as the application date, making it clearer when the candidate was added to each position.

Feedback Request Management
You can now make adjustments to feedback requests more easily, even after they've been completed.
