Help Ensure System Emails are Delivered To Your Team - How To Whitelist Hirebridge Email Servers

First, please add system@hirebridgemail.com to your address book, so your workstation will not mark system emails as SPAM. 

 

Next, have your IT department whitelist our mail servers.  Your company mail system may be blocking Hirebridge emails before they reach your computer or workstation.  In order to help ensure that all emails sent from Hirebridge to the HR team are delivered easily, please pass this along to your IT team so they can whitelist our most current list of IP’s.  This can help ensure that the large volume of system emails are not captured by your mail servers as SPAM.

This is useful if you believe that emails, forwards, invites, feedback were sent by you and your team, but not delivered to your company email.
