Here are highlights for what is included in this release:
- NEW Open Call Module! Provide automated scheduling for open calls, job fairs, group and 1-on-1 job interviews (additional costs may apply).
- NEW Reports Only access! Provide access to those who only need to run & download pre-defined custom reports.
- NEW Jobs and Applications by Day has been added to Reports Center.
- Added option to turn on Internal Apply to the Employee Portal.
- Email notification for text response messages has been updated and reformatted.
- Updated the Reset Password process.
- Employee Referral Portal has been renamed to Employee Portal.
- Added Assessments panel to Prospect Record if assessment results exist for that candidate.
- Recruiters can now edit Prospect Folders that others have created.
- Added a filtering option to hide de-activated accounts on both the Vendor Referral and Employee Referral maintenance pages.
- Added the option to hide the Move To Step dropdown on Log Interview page.
- Edit Candidate button has been added to the shortcut toolbar for users that corresponding permission.
- Added Cell Phone # field to the Add Candidate form.
- Added Single Sign-On Required checkbox in edit user details for Hiring Manager accounts.
- Fixed an issue where feedback requests were not being sent for Employee Referrals when candidates were submitted via the QuickApply form.
- Fixed an issue where sending directly to the onboard service could also launch at email to the candidate inviting them complete the onboard form as well.
- Fixed an issue where Fast Apply could allow candidates to submit their info when job is Closed.
- Fixed an issue where additional users and notification fields were not being copied over during the Clone Job process.
- Fixed an issue where Interview Location (for both attendees and candidates) was not being retrieved during editing.
- Fixed an issue where the Other Source box was not required when appropriate on the Add Candidate form.
- Fixed an issue where some notifications were not being sent to users who were subscribed to events.
- Fixed text formatting issue on Candidate Search Filter Panel.
