Here are highlights for what's included in this release:
- New Candidate Tagging system has been for Candidate Profiles. Tags can be assigned to each candidate record, are visible on candidate search lists and are searchable via the Candidate Quick Search panel.
- New Diversity Dashboard that provides deep insights into the company's statistics for race and gender applications vs hires. Also added EEO/OFCCP filters to Candidate Summary Report for increased insights for Diversity reporting.
- New Apply with LinkedIn button has been added to the Quick and Standard applications (requires paid LinkedIn Recruiter license).
- New Candidate Funnel Widget has been added to the Candidate Summary Report and Executive Summary Dashboard
- New option to allow candidates to view the offer letters via a security token instead of having to log in to view.
- Added Job Group dropdown filter on Interview Schedule and Interview Status reports interfaces.
- Added option prevent users from re-sending Onboard Notification emails when candidate has previously successfully completed the form.
- Removed the password creation section on the Standard Apply process.
