Here are highlights from what's included in this release:
New Features:
- Added a new My Interviews Dashboard Widget that allows date selection and different views (day, week, month, agenda)
- New My Interviews Report with options to select date and different views (day, week, month, agenda)
- New & streamlined Add Candidate page that greatly speeds up the process of adding candidates to the system.
- Added a new Predictive Index Test Rate widget to the Executive Dashboard.
- New Group By page for Career Center that provides for numerous and extensive options view and select categories, locations, departments, etc. on a new landing page. It can also, optionally, display the number of jobs for each and supports a custom template. Also provides for selecting the landing page, or at the very least get the URL for the GroupBy page.
Enhancements & Fixes:
- Uploaded documents will now display the name of the user who added it.
- Option to automatically redirect to assessment test after application acknowledgment.
- Onboard email notifications can now be sent via text/SMS (requires texting module).
- Candidate Info page will now display the disposition reason for rejected candidates below the candidate's status.
- When adding a candidate and the source is set to Employee Referral we will now set the milestone and link to the referral source if email and name are provided.
- Company option (System Setup -> Testing Center) to display assessment email and status updates in candidate info Messages tab.
- Referral Source Tracking page will no longer display "Add Referral Source" button if user doesn't have list access.
- Fixed an issue with setting milestone when a candidate accepts an offer.
- Send button in Forward Candidate page can no longer be clicked multiple times.
- Support for iOS has been added to the HTML editor.
