Release Notes: 2019.09.10

Here are highlights for what's included in this release:

New Features & Enhancements

  • Indeed Apply service has been updated to accept questions and capture candidate signatures!
  • New company option to show a limited view of candidate if GDPR compliance is required and consent has expired.
  • Hiring managers can now see Prospect Folder(s) they are attached to even if it is marked Private by the creator(s).
  • Added the ability to resend hire data when using System Event Notifications / Web Hooks
  • Employee Portal now provides a count of Employee Referrals submitted in the top-right corner of the screen, which links to a page to view them and their current status.
  • Vendor Portal now provides a count of Submitted Candidates in the top-right corner of the screen, which links to a page to view them and their current status.
  • Onboarding now supports a company option to prompt the candidate to upload documents (e.g. photo for employee ID).
  • Dropdown list items can be made inactive and deleted items can be restored when needed. 
  • New Send Event Log report has been added.
  • Privacy Policy, Job Location, and Interview Guideline dropdowns have custom edit pages.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that didn't properly set text of default candidate confirmation email if not system default.
  • Confidential jobs will no longer show in a candidate's Additional Apps panel.
  • Fixed a bug that sometimes caused the candidate to be logged out of the candidate portal upon finishing an application update.
  • Fixed and issue where some approval chains were being prevented from moving to next step.
  • Fix to not allow links in emails for approvals to work once the job/offer has been approved/declined
