This report will calculate activity within our candidates module. It will report on candidates added as well as actions taken regarding a candidate during the selected date range.
| Column | Description |
| New | The number of candidates added to a folder owned by the recruiter regardless of how they were added or by whom. |
| Added | The number of candidates added to any folder by the recruiter regardless of who owns the folder to which they were added. |
| Invited | The number of candidates sent an invitation to apply by the recruiter. |
| Applied | The number of candidates who applied to a job who have a candidate record in a folder owned by the recruiter. |
| From Invite | The number of candidates who applied to a job via an invitation sent by the recruiter. |
| Phone Individuals | The number of candidates contacted by phone (determined by logged phone calls) by the recruiter. |
| Phone Calls | The total number of logged phone calls. Logging 5 phone calls to 1 person counts 5 in this column and 1 in the prior column. |
| Email Individuals | The number of candidates sent emails (via the Hirebridge system) by the recruiter. |
| Emails Sent | The total number of emails sent to those individuals. |
| Emails Read | The number of sent emails that have been read by the recipient. |
| Email Replies | The number of emails received in response to sent emails. |
| Text Individuals | The number of candidates who have been sent text messages. |
| Texts Sent | The total number of texts sent to those candidates. |
| Text Replies | The number of replies to sent text messages. |
