Here are highlights for what's included in this release:
New Features
- Custom Email Templates - Users can now create their own email templates! This new feature can be accessed via the Send Email page (see the [+] sign to the right of the template drop-down list) or via the User Preferences area.
- Prospects/Talent Folders can now be shared with hiring managers by adding them as additional attached users box.
- Post-Interview Reminders can now be scheduled if an Evaluation Form is attached to an interview.
Enhancements & Fixes
- A company option has been added to automatically place the job status to On Hold when an offer is accepted.
- If a candidate applies and indicates they were referred by an employee, the system will automatically create an Employee Referral if one does not already exist.
- On the Candidate Info page, logged interviews will now show the logger's recommendation.
- The Custom Report Writer will now generate a data download in the background and will alert the user when it is ready for download.
- If a Vendor submits a candidate's resume that cannot be read by the parser, the system will now save it to the candidate's record for view & download.

- Fixed an issue when copying candidates some confidential job title were being displayed.
- Fixed an issue where some hiring managers were unable to access the executive or company dashboard(s).
- When candidates are bulk no-interested from candidate search grid it was not canceling any reminders scheduled to go out for those candidates
- When assessment results were manually entered we were not deleting reminders for the assessment
- When assessment results were returned we were not deleting assessment reminders in other jobs in with the candidates were invited to test
- Shared evaluation results with a plus (+) sign in the URL did not work
- SparkHire job code import was no longer working due to a change in the data returned by SparkHire
