E-mail Preferences

This article will cover how to edit your E-Mail signature.

 

  • The first step is to select your username on the top right corner.
  • After you have selected your username select "Preferences"

  • You will now land on the "User Preferences" page where you can edit what interface you land on
  • Next, select the "E-Mail" tab. 
  • This tab will allow you to edit the email signature and allow you to send an email via personal server

Note: If you do not see the option to add personal email server check in with your company Hirebridge Administrator to have this feature enabled.

  • In the Email Signature section, you can create and edit your email signature.
  • Under the email signature is the SMTP Configuration section. Populate the SMTP credentials to allow emails to be sent through using the user mail server.
  • Once the credentials are populated there is a Test button in the bottom right corner. Select Test to see if the credentials are working correctly. (a sample email will be sent out)
