Interview Scheduling Options

This article will cover the Interview Scheduling tab under system setup.

 

The Interview Scheduling tab will allow you to enable the Panel interview Scheduler along with settings associated with the scheduling and interview.

 

To access this feature you will need to have Administration access.

 

  • Select your username in the top right corner then Administration.
  • This will take you to the administration control panel where you will select System Setup.

  • Once on the system setup page select the Interview Scheduling tab.
  • This will now display all of the option for the interview scheduler.

  • Checking the Enable Panel interview Scheduler checkbox will turn on the panel interview scheduler for the company.
  • If the panel interview only has one scheduled interviewer you can set the eval form to do not proceed. Check the checkbox if you would like this feature activated.
  • Who can complete/log interviews - this feature will allow you to set designated roles that can only log the interviews.
