Here are highlights for what's included in this release:
New Features & Enhancements:
- Bulk Resume Download - New feature that provides user with the ability to download multiple candidate resumes in a single file. To have this new feature installed, please send an email to: support@Hirebridge.com
- View-only Candidate Info Page - A new page that is specifically designed to share with those who do not have access to the Hirebridge platform. It's a great way to share candidates and gather feedback.
- New option to set a rule that a candidate cannot be hired without an interview being logged as completed.
- Fast Apply will now save resumes that can't be parsed and will allow the candidate to submit their info.
- Added a Pending Offer Letters widget to User Dashboard.
- Companies that have HireSelect assessment tests can now attach the Personality Profile report to be included for interview participants.
- Added a company option to set the default Evaluation Form to send when forwarding candidates.
- New user control to select application slot (based on application type) and updated joblist smart template to add it.
- Added the option to sort the job list on the Jobs Portal / Career Center with a custom sort order when grouping by location. Location maintenance now has a Sort Name field that will be used instead of the Friendly Name.
- Added ability to choose Interview Guideline when scheduling interviews in Panel Interview module.
- Added Grouping by Companies plus filtering options on EEO Report for companies that have Parent/Child setups.
- Added user preference whether or not to receive notification upon completion of Eval Form.
- A message icon will now be displayed in Candidate Indicators column if a text message has been sent to the candidate.
- Evaluations Sent panel has been added to the Interviews tab.
- Added link to provide feedback under the Feedback tab will be displayed if the user has feedback pending for that candidate.
- Feedback tab on Candidate Info Page will contain a link to If feedback is pending for the current user, a link to the Feedback Form will be presented under the Feedback tab so the user can access the form and complete it.
Fixes:
- Fixed an issue that prevented some resumes from loading in the new Interview Feedback page
- Fixed an issue where some deferred No Interest emails were not being removed from the email queue when re-interesting a candidate.
- Fixed an issue where some deferred emails to candidates being bulk-dispositioned as a result of closing jobs were not being removed from the queue.
- Fixed an issue that prevented some widgets from displaying for hiring managers if they were not visible to recruiters.
- Fixed an issue that prevented some users from finding pending feedback in a dashboard widget.
- Fixed an issue with the link that was sent when sharing a job or sending an invitation to apply.
- Return to Quick Apply for application update if that's what the job uses.
