Release Notes - 2019.02.12

Here are highlights for what is included in this release:

NEW FEATURES

1. Text-to-Apply!
Candidates can send a text message to a dedicated SMS number for your company and get a link back to your jobs page. There's also the ability to create keywords so that links can be sent that correspond to a specific job, jobs for a specific location, campaign, etc. There is a separate fee for this service, so if you'd like to learn more, send an email to: support@hirebridge.com

2. Mail Messages Panel
We've created a new Inbox style mailbox page that lists all of the messages you've sent to candidates. It's searchable by email address to help you find communications quickly and easily, and it shows if messages have been opened/read by candidates. To access your consolidated Mail Messages page, click on your name on the upper right corner of your Hirebridge page, then click the Mail Messages menu link.

ENHANCEMENTS & FIXES

  • Team Messages can now be pushed to a user's Slack account
  • Added new Company Options (System Setup > Interview Scheduling panel) to specify whether or not to set the [do not] proceed milestone upon eval form completion if there is only 1 interviewer for the panel and another to specify who can complete an interview.
  • Added ability to turn on Unscreened Candidates count (number of candidates neither viewed nor rejected) to Jobs Overview and various Dashboard widgets. To activate, visit  Administration >Job Overview Configuration.
  • Added filtering options for the Deferred Mail Queue.
  • Added calendar connection support for companies that use on-premise Exchange Server
  • If a job is closed and someone gets to the job details page in the career center (probably due to a search engine still having it in the index), you are redirected to a new page that tells you it's no longer available (the wording is customizable in the career center settings, on the Page Text tab).
  • When Mail Manager is active, using the CC option when emailing a candidate will now send a separate email to each CC recipient with no pixel tracking and with a unique email address for each.
  • General Document library will now sort alphabetically rather than by date.
  • Vendors can now see confidential jobs they are attached to.
  • Fixed an issue where the Hire Edit page would not load if the approval chain for the offer were deleted.
  • Fixed an issue with the way some links were being generated via the Share a Job component.
  • Fixed a display issue for Candidate Notes on small/mobile screens.
  • Fixed an issue that was being caused by Google Chrome 72 that blocks a popup used to complete interviews unless explicitly allowing popups for our site.
