The Hirebridge Referrals Dashboard allows for detailed analysis of both vendor and employee referrals. With flexible sorting capabilities across various metrics (Applications, Hires, Effectiveness, and Name) and a date range filter, it provides robust insights to enhance the recruitment process. Hirebridge Referrals Dashboard, provides comprehensive insights into both Vendor and Employee referral activities. The dashboard allows users to track and evaluate the effectiveness of referral efforts, offering various filters and sorting options to make the data more accessible and actionable.
- Available to: Referral Managers, Admins
- Purpose: Specifically designed for tracking employee and vendor referrals. This dashboard shows the referral source and monitors the progress of referred candidates.
- Key Sections:
- Referrals by Source: Identifies which referral channels are most effective (e.g., Employee, Vendor).
- Referral Candidate Status: Displays where referred candidates are in the hiring pipeline.
- Referral Approvals: Highlights approvals needed for referral bonus payouts.
Key Features:
Referral Type Filtering:
- The Referrals Dashboard allows users to switch between viewing Employee or Vendor referrals. This distinction makes it easy to manage and review referrals based on the source. For instance, employee-driven referrals typically come from internal recommendation programs, while vendor referrals come from external staffing partners or agencies.
Date Range Filter:
- Users can filter referrals by a specific date range to narrow down the referrals to those submitted within a defined period. This is helpful for analyzing referral trends over a specific timeframe, such as a quarter or a month.
Leaderboard:
- The Leaderboard ranks individuals based on their referral activity, providing an overview of who has contributed the most to the recruitment process in terms of Applications, Hires, and overall Effectiveness.
- Sorting Options:
- Applications: This sorts the leaderboard by the number of candidate applications submitted through referrals.
- Hires: This sorts the leaderboard by the number of successful hires from each referrer, offering insight into the quality of referrals.
- Effectiveness: This metric represents the ratio of hires to applications, showing how effective the referrer’s applications are in terms of conversion into hires.
- Name: This allows for a simple alphabetical sorting of referrers, which is useful for finding a specific referrer quickly.
Referrals List:
- The Referrals section provides detailed data about each referral, including the candidate’s name, referrer’s name, and position applied for, with additional details such as the date of application. Users can toggle between viewing more or fewer entries, depending on their preference.
Use Case Scenarios:
The Referrals Dashboard is ideal for tracking internal referral programs for employees and evaluating vendor performance in sourcing qualified candidates. It’s especially useful for organizations that rely on multiple sources for candidate referrals, as it provides both granular and broad perspectives on referral efficiency.
- To access the Dashboard screen select the Dashboard tab and then Referrals Dashboard.
- The Referrals Dashboard will look like the image provided below.
- Dashboard Filters -
- Referrer Type - Allows you to select referrals from the Employees or Vendors.
- Date Range - Gives you the option to select from preset date ranges.
- From / To - After selecting custom date range in the Date Range dropdown it will allow you to choose a custom from and to date range.
- After choosing the filters select Refresh to load the dashboard based on filters.
The referrals section will display the candidate information, on the left will display last name and first name which you can click on to access the candidate profile.
Below the candidate name will display who the candidate was referred to along with the date submitted/referred.
The left side will also display the requisition name the candidate was submitted/applied to.
To the right will display the leaderboard of referrals each row will contain the user along with applications submitted, hires, and hires to application ratio.
The Applications and Hires column will display the numbers that you can select to view the candidates.
In the top right corner you also have the ability to sort the referrals by applications, hires, effectiveness based on hires/app and name.
