NEW FEATURES:
1. Slack Integration!
If your company uses Slack you can set up Hirebridge to send notifications directly to your Slack platform! Hirebridge’s Slack integration permits the sending of event notifications (via the Webhooks Module) to Slack channels. These notifications can be sent to a specific channel or a dynamically determined one based on the job, users in the various job roles, and user preferences.

- There are also some experimental features available for Slash commands (native Slack commands). To have this feature enabled, please contact support@hirebridge.com so we can install it for you. Also note that this requires each user to link their Slack account in their Preferences > Connections area.
2. Two-way Emails with Company Sub Domains (beta)!
This a new, more natural way to send and receive emails from candidates. Once initiated from the Hirebridge platform, responding to candidates can occur from your device of choice.
- Start emails from Hirebridge, then when the candidate responds it will come back through the system, get logged in the candidate's Messages tab, then forwarded onward to you. You can then respond directly from your device and the message will come back through the Hirebridge platform, get logged in the candidate's Messages tab, then get forwarded to the candidate. The conversation can continue this way indefinitely, but ultimately can be shut off at any time by the user.
- Your company's name will be added to the dynamically generated email address so it contains your branding.

3. Configurable Jobs Overview page
We've added the capability for companies & users to configure the Jobs Overview page:
- Turn off filters and/or columns
- User option to display jobs in a list view rather than grid view
- New list view for Mobile devices
- User option to set a different default initial sort order of jobs
- User option to control the # of jobs to display per page
- User option to control the location of the pager (top, bottom, or both)

ENHANCEMENTS:
- Numerous improvements have been made across much of the user interface to enhance readability and usability (new fonts, spacing and shading).
- Added ability to turn off filters and/or columns on Jobs Overview page (see new Administration > Job Overview Configuration page)
- Add Candidate process now supports drag-n-drop resume upload
- Refresh Job now allows specifying job status of both original job and new job (via System Setup > Other panel)
- Subject and Message pretext can now be customized for Reminder emails
- Some content on the Administration page has been reorganized to make it easier to locate
- Added direct link to Slack configuration in User Preferences
- Changed look for link to OAuth Credentials in User Preferences from button to link that matches the other integrations
- Hiring Manager Feedback: replaced resume download button with sidebar button (right side) to slide out the resume viewer
- Interview Feedback page now places the resume in-page via a slide-out modal dialog and, if available, the personality profile report (requires HireSelect assessments).
- Removed option to convert documents to PDF when downloading (e.g from Documents panel in candidate info page). This feature is provided by the download button within the document viewer.
- Added Unviewed menu option under Candidates icon in header navigation bar
- Fixed an issue with clicking the View All button on the Open Reqs dashboard widget for hiring managers
- Prospects module has been enhanced to better match the look and functionality of candidates including adding a resume tab with the resume viewer and the ability to unset stage, status, and rank
- Added integration with Universal Background Screening
- Enhancements to ADP onboarding form
- New process to send new hires to ADP Workforce Now without hiring candidate in Hirebridge
