What if our company decides to leave Hirebridge?

A. In the unlikely event that your company wants to discontinue service with Hirebridge, please be sure to check your contract and the Terms of Service and Subscription Agreement for rules, guidelines and potential penalties if the company is breaking the agreement prior to its expiration date.

To cancel service and request a copy of your company's data, please send an email to support@hirebridge.com and let us know the date you would like to discontinue service. A ticket will be created and a confirmation email will be sent to you for follow-up and tracking purposes. You will be contacted by a member of our support and/or billing team(s) shortly thereafter with any additional questions and/or details.

Hirebridge will schedule your termination of service accordingly, then will generate exports of your company's data in the following files and formats:

  1. ActivityLog.csv = Activity & History log entries for every candidate (each entry contains the candidate’s ID# for alignment)
  2. CandidateChildEduHist.csv = Education History for every candidate (each entry contains the candidate’s ID# for alignment)
  3. CandidateChildJobHist.csv = Employment History for every candidate (each entry contains the candidate’s ID# for alignment)

Additionally, all resumes & documents will be exported in their original formats and arranged in folders by ID# for each candidate.

Hirebridge will set up an account for your company on our secure FTP (SFTP) server and we'll provide you with the address and credentials as soon as the data has been uploaded and is ready for your retrieval, which will be available for 90 days from the date of cancellation.

Please note that access to your company's Hirebridge account will be turned off immediately after the final date of service. Hirebridge will schedule the account and all of its data to be removed from our servers 30 days thereafter, so if you need access during this time, please send an email to support@hirebridge.com so we can accommodate your needs.
