Managing Documents Within A Candidate Record

This tutorial provides a concise guide on effectively utilizing the Documents tab in the candidate profile.

 

  • Within the candidate profile, you will find the "Documents" tab located on the right-hand side. This tab offers options to view the resume, general documents, and the original application/signed offer letter.

  • To access each section, select the desired document type by clicking on the corresponding radio button:

    • Resume
    • General Documents
    • Original Application/Signed Offer Letter

 

General TAB

  • Once documents are added to the candidate document tab, they will be displayed in chronological order, with the document name as the title.

  • To upload documents to the candidate document library, you can either drag and drop them directly into the designated "DROP ZONE" or click the "BROWSE FOR A RESUME/DOCUMENT" button to locate them on your computer. (This applied to the Resume/General radio buttons)

 

DOWNLOADING ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS FROM CANDIDATE DOCUMENT LIBRARY

 To download documents from a candidate record select the general radio button, click on the download icon in the "ACTIONS" column within the document grid. four options will be presented:

    • View document online - This option opens a popup displaying the document for online viewing.
    • Download the original document - Choose this option to download the uploaded document to your device.
    • Get document hyperlink - Selecting this option provides a hyperlink that you can share with others to view the document
    • Delete document - Use this option to remove the attached document from the candidate record.

Resume Document

  • The candidate's initial resume used during the application process can be found in the "RESUME" tab. To upload a new resume, either drag and drop the file or click the "BROWSE" button to locate it on your computer.
  • To delete the resume, click the "delete resume" button and follow the onscreen confirmation prompt.

SIGNED APP/OFFER LETTERS

 

If the candidate has completed and signed an offer letter through the Hirebridge inline Offer Letter process, the signed document will be available in the "OFFER LETTER" section of the document panel.

 

  • The Offer Letter can be downloaded but cannot be deleted. To download the offer letter select the down arrow icon in the actions section.
  • To view the offer online select the magnifying glass icon.
