Here are highlights of what is included in this release:
- New Employee Referrals Dashboard has been added
- New "referrer type" dropdown in Edit Candidate to allow you to set the referral type
- Candidate Summary Report now allows grouping and sorting by hiring manager
- New Candidate Alert has been added for the Fast Apply process
- Ability for the company to control App Confirmation Language (Application Setup -> Other)
- Added Unsigned to the Exclude section on the Candidate Search Filter panel
- Ability to include the Personality Profile report when forwarding candidates and when sending eval form from candidate info page (requires HireSelect assessment tests)
Also included in this release is the architecture for a new Enhanced Interview Scheduler which will allow for Panel Interviews and time-slotting for individual participants, rooms/resources, evaluation forms, and more. The new schedule will be available for all within the next couple of weeks.
