GDPR Compliance Module

  • Added an option to restrict the ability to allow add/import candidates into EU jobs
  • Applicant Consent emails now support a merge field for the consent link and will hide default link if present
  • "Data Privacy Dashboard" has been added to the Dashboard menu (for users with Data Privacy permission turned)
  • The system will now automatically send the specified email for sourced candidates that are added or imported directly by a user if the candidate or job is in the EU
  • Company option to control Removal Queue Delay
  • Added date filtering to the Data Privacy Dashboard

New Features

  • If a job has multiple positions available the system can auto-generate a new job each time one is filled and move active candidates to the new one. This provides the company with the ability to better track Time to Fill metrics. 
  • Job Requisitions can now be saved as Drafts 
  • Milestones have been added for Internal Candidate Offered and Internal Candidate Hired 
  • Clone & Move feature for job requisitions 
  • Candidate Summary now has counts for viewed and submitted candidates

Fixes & Enhancements
  • Evaluation Forms - Added the ability to delete forms
  • Send to Manager - Added Request Feedback option
  • Employee Referral Portal - Fixed an issue where modal dialog box would not close
  • Approvals Navbar Icon - Updated counter badge so it will not show if user isn't a master approver and doesn't have any approvals
