Here are highlights from what's included in this release:
Email Messaging
- We've added ability for companies/users to send email messages using their own company/corporate email accounts! This feature must be turned on by a system admin and can be configured Admin > Domains Setup area. Once it's turned on, users can connect their account via their User Preferences area.
Approval Chains
- We have a new Beta version of both the Job Req and Offer Approval Chains modules. Both have been completely re-written and feature a brand new, dynamic that provides for role-based approval chains. This is available via a new option the the in Administration > System Setup area.
Candidate Portal
- The new portal provides candidates with the ability to view the list of applications they have submitted, update their information and remove themselves from consideration. Configuration options are available via Administration > System Setup.
Enhancements & Bug Fixes
- Added job req # filter in Executive Dashboard
- Updated candidate-facing pages for better adherence to Web accessibility / ADA standards
- Added company option as to whether or not campus recruiting jobs appear in the career center
- Added company option as to whether or not resume is required in Intranet
- Added Sets hiring manager proceed/do not proceed milestone when providing feedback from e-mail link
- Added CC and Distribution List checkbox options when sending to hiring manager
- Fixed issue where CloudSearch did not properly filter on candidate location
- Fixed issue when scheduling an event, an apostrophe in the location field caused an error
- Fixed an issue with Web hooks for hired candidate that could cause a system crash
