This article will guide you on how to resubmit and edit a requisition while in the approval process.
When a requisition is currently in an approval chain and it gets declined. The requisition owner will receive an email in regards to adjustments/reason for the job being declined. At the bottom of the email it will show who declined the requisition with a comment on why declined.
(Below is a sample email the requisition owner received)

- If you are the requisition owner or associated with the requisition, you can find the declined requisition by using the job filter.
- In the "Status" filter select "Declined" this will now show the requisitions that have been declined.
- Select the paper and pencil icon to the left side to edit the requisition.

- This page will now allow you to Clone, Delete, Add A Note, Restart and resubmit the requisition. Cancel will take you back to the requisition listing.
- To edit and resubmit the information for the requisition select "Restart".

- After selecting "Restart" the next page will allow you to edit and view the requisition.
- This page will allow you to edit the requisition fields and when complete select "Resubmit For Approval" to resubmit the requisition for approval.

- If you scroll down on this page it will also display the list of approvers, who declined the requisition and comments.

- Once you select "Resubmit For Approval" the next page will then allow you to choose from the current chain or approvers, start from the approver who declined the requisition or select a new chain for approval.

- After selecting "Use Current Chain" or "Start At Declined" the page will redirect to the job list and the approval chain will start.
- "Selecting New Chain" will allow you to create a new chain for approval.
