This article will guide you on how to refer a candidate using the Employee Referral Portal
- To access the Employee Referral Portal selecting your username in the top right corner.
- A dropdown list will appear where you can select "# Employee Referral Portal".
- The "Employee Referral Portal" will now load in a new browser window.
- Enter your login credentials or select "Register" to create credentials to log into the employee portal.
- Once you are logged in, the available jobs will be listed.
- Selecting "View Description" will show the job description for that specific available position.
- Selecting "Share" will allow you to share the position through Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, E-mail or a designated URL Link. (Image provided below)
- Selecting the "Twitter" icon will allow you to tweet and share this job to your followers.
- The "LinkedIn" icon will allow you to share this job through your LinkedIn profile.
- Selecting the "Facebook" icon will redirect you to Facebook and allow you to post the job using your account.
- The "Envelope" icon will allow you to share this job via email. When you populate the Your E-Mail Address this creates an Employee Referral account for the employee.
- The "Get Link" icon will allow you to share the job via web link.
- You will be able to copy and paste this link to share the job.
