Onboard Dashboard Button
- Added an Onboard Dashboard button to the Candidate Profile page for quick access to a candidate's Onboard record. This button appears only for candidates who have been Hired in that specific job and when the company has subscribed to our Onboarding module.
Image Upload on Candidate Records
- New functionality allows storing candidate photos directly within their records.
Message & Activity Log Preference
- Added user preference to display messages and activity logs in collapsed state by default, complementing the existing hide/show toggle button.
Suppress Acknowledgment Option
- Added ability that allows companies to suppress or delay the automatic acknowledgment emails sent to candidates. This gives companies flexibility to control when acknowledgments are sent, with the option to trigger them manually through workflow.
Custom Messaging for Empty Job Listings
- Companies can now specify custom messaging for their careers page when no public jobs are available. This allows for personalized text, hyperlinks, or other content without reference to search criteria, replacing the previous standardized message.
Job Description Modal Update
- Updated to display skills and qualifications fields.
XML Reports Enhancement
- Modified XML reports to pull field name from the strings table for better consistency. Interview labels now display in reports using their custom edited labels, reducing the need for technical intervention.
Move Candidate
- Fixed issue where clicking cancel caused errors. Added validation to prevent moving candidates to unselected jobs, which previously created null entries in the jobapply table causing candidates to disappear from company view. Implemented formvalidation.io for improved form validation.
Career Center v2 Error Handling
- Improved error handling for scenarios where company ID doesn't exist, joblistid doesn't exist, or when a job is closed. These cases now return appropriate BadRequest responses instead of throwing exceptions.
AI Resume Matching
- This new feature is being released to select companies to test in "Beta" status before wider availability. It will be offered as an add-on for an additional cost.
