User Task Additions
- Re-assign Tasks: Both task creators and assignees can now reassign tasks as needed.
- Candidate Info Side Panel: Added a responsive candidate information side panel for improved usability on small screens.
- Briefcase Panel/Tab Updates: The Briefcase now displays all tasks associated with a job for streamlined task management.
Auto-Reject Customization
- Tied rejection reasons, regret email templates, and rejection statuses to application questions and requisition settings.
- Added configurable fields in requisitions to manage these attributes dynamically.
Offer Status Updates
- Rejected/Rescinded/Reneged Offers: Dropdown values for rejection reasons are now mandatory when changing offer statuses. Users must also provide comments if dropdown values are selected.
Milestone Date Editing
- Introduced a permission-based system allowing authorized users to update milestone dates.
- Changes to milestone dates require a logged reason, with a dropdown of predefined options and an “Other” option for custom entries.
- All updates are logged in the candidate record for transparency.
Workflow Trigger Email Enhancements
- Allowed the use of the CANDIDATEEXTURL token in Workflow trigger emails.
- This enables recruiters to notify hiring managers after recruiter reviews, such as in Albany Bahamas scenarios where standard notifications are insufficient.
Application Questions
- Added indicators in the application question builder to show which fields are configured as knockout questions. This provides recruiters with a clear visual cue for application filtering.
Briefcase Update
- Enhanced the Briefcase with a visual representation of the workflow associated with a job.
- Added a clickable count of candidates within each workflow step for better tracking and navigation.
Quick Apply Bypass Email Verification
- Fixed an issue where some candidates who had previously applied via Hirebridge and applied to a different requisition using the Quick Apply feature (with bypass email verification enabled) experienced a data overwrite issue. A new jobapply record is now created for each unique job application, ensuring previous applications remain intact.
Forget-Me Request Error
- Fixed an issue that occurred with some candidates that requested to be forgotten. Added error handling mechanism to handle such cases more gracefully across all affected areas.
