This release includes the following features and highlights:
Do Not Hire (DNH) List Management
- Selected Users (permission based) can now add individuals to a "Do Not Hire" list. This feature includes a bit and a text field assigned to a record. If an individual applies with the same email, they will automatically be flagged as DNH.
Microsoft Teams Webhook Integration
- Companies and users can now send Hirebridge notifications directly to a Microsoft Teams channel using the Microsoft Teams Webhook integration.
System Event Notification Emails
- System event notification emails are now added to the candidate log for compliance purposes, ensuring all communication is stored appropriately.
Interview Scheduling Enhancements
- The email template selector and message box for candidate emails have been moved to the interview scheduling page, reducing unnecessary clicks.
- A new section for "Optional Attendees" has been added. These attendees will not receive evaluation forms.
Indeed Question Set Validation
- Validation checks have been added for saving question sets. This includes ensuring no duplicate values in multiple-choice answers and verifying that conditional questions are not deleted and are asked in the correct order.
- The API endpoint now returns all question sets, including those marked as deleted, providing clarity when editing.
Keyword Search Update
- Keyword Search functionality has been enhanced to support operators such as "/" or "&", allowing for more precise searches.
Candidate Details Tag Panel
- An optional tag panel has been introduced in candidate details to display larger tag clouds. Users can choose to enable this feature via preferences.
Onboarding Task Assignment Enhancement
- Users can now indicate if a new hire is an existing employee (or other designation) directly on the hire form, streamlining the onboarding process by including/excluding document and task requirements.
