Tasks / To-Do List Module (New!)

  • We're pleased to announce a new user tasks / "To Do List" module to help manage candidate-related activities.
  • Key Features:
    • Task Creation: Users can manually create tasks associated with specific candidates directly from the candidate info section.
    • Task Attributes: Each task can have an optional due date and be assigned to the user creating it or another user.
    • Task Types Dropdown: The list of task types is maintained by the company, allowing for customization based on organizational needs.
    • Additional Notes: A field for additional notes is available for each task to provide further details or instructions.
    • Candidate Info Integration: All tasks related to a candidate are displayed in a dedicated panel or tab within the Candidate Info section.
    • Dashboard Widget: A new widget on the dashboard shows all tasks assigned to you and those you've assigned to others. It includes options to mark tasks as complete or delete them.
    • Automatic Task Deletion: All pending tasks are automatically deleted when a candidate is marked as not interested or when a job is closed.
    • Daily Digest Inclusion: Pending tasks are now included in the daily digest email, ensuring users stay informed about their responsibilities.

Offer Letter Editor: Font Customization

  • Users can now customize fonts and font sizes within the offer letter template. This enhancement allows for greater flexibility in designing offer letter templates, ensuring consistency across documents.

Job Alert Suppression

  • Feature Overview: A new checkbox has been added to the Job Editor to suppress job alerts for specific jobs.
  • Details: This feature allows users to prevent certain jobs from being included in job alerts, regardless of whether they are public or private. This provides greater control over which job openings are actively promoted through alerts.
