Release Notes: 2024.10.22

1. Extended Blind Submissions

  • Blind submission settings can now be applied to all users, not just hiring managers. This expands accessibility while maintaining confidentiality.

2. Additional Data Fields for Referrals

  • New data fields have been added for Employee Referral and Vendor Referral submissions, improving tracking and management of referral-based applications.

3. Permissions Manager Configuration Update

  • Regrets (candidate rejections) are now set to read-only in the permissions manager, providing greater control and reducing the risk of unwanted changes.

4. Copy Function in Application Builder

  • A new Copy function has been introduced to the application builder, simplifying the process of duplicating existing forms and settings.

5. Export/Import Functions for Application Builder

  • Users can now export and import configurations within the application builder, enabling easier transfer and replication of form templates.

6. Custom Interview Types - Grid Editing

  • Custom interview types can now be edited directly in a grid format, improving efficiency for users managing multiple interview types at once.

7. Customizing Role Names - Grid Editing

  • Role names are now editable in a grid format, making role management more intuitive and streamlined.

8. Job Milestones Enhancement

  • New milestones have been added to the platform for improved job management, accessible via the Milestones Maintenance page.

9. Restriction on Viewing/Downloading Completed Onboarding Documents

  • Users and hiring managers can now be restricted from viewing or downloading completed PDFs/documents on the new hire's onboarding dashboard page, enhancing data security.
