View your chats by clicking on the Chat Icon in the navigation menu:

A new tab will open and your chats will be organized by candidate name. Click the Candidate's Name to view the chat thread for that conversation:

To view chats directly in a candidate's profile, click on their Chats tab:

A window will open containing threaded messages for that conversation. You can read and send messages directly to the candidate from this screen:

Here's how it looks on the candidate's mobile device. They can read and send messages directly to you from this screen:
