Here are highlight for what's included in this release:
1. Added Automation for Invite to Interviews & Open Calls
- Added automation for when candidates complete their application via Quick Apply or Chat Apply so they can be taken directly to the Schedule Interview or Schedule Open Call page. This streamlines the process for candidates to schedule their interviews/open calls without having to wait for an invitation via text or email.
2. Milestones Added
- EEO Data Provided and OFCCP Data Provided: New milestone options now available for selection, to be set upon confirmation.
3. Additional Applications Panel
- Updated panel has improved the view for users.
4. New Document Type: ONBOARDING
- A dedicated ONBOARDING document type has been created, managed via the Onboarding Setup Area, ensuring a smoother onboarding process.
Open Call Slots (UI Update)
- The appearance of Open Call slots has been updated when a candidate schedules from an invite for a more intuitive user experience.
Invite to Open Call - User Role Selection
- The workflow trigger for inviting candidates to an Open Call now allows users to select the specific user role for scheduling purposes.
Interview Schedule (UI Update)
- The candidate view of the interview schedule has been redesigned for enhanced clarity and usability.
Email Candidate Page - Document Management
- The Email Candidate Page now features the ability to hide documents in a collapsible panel, improving page organization.
Send to Manager Trigger
- A new workflow trigger has been added to Send to Manager, facilitating smoother communication and task assignment.
Log Evaluation Requests
- The system now logs when an Evaluation (form) Request is created, similar to the existing logging for Evaluation Request Canceled.
