1. Hiring Manager Candidates Widget - Job Status Update:
- Users can now change the job status directly within the Hiring Manager Candidates widget.
- Cloning of jobs is explicitly not allowed within this widget to maintain data integrity.
2. Snapshot - Application Questions:
- Disqualifying answers in the application questions section are now highlighted in red, making them more prominent and easier to identify.
3. E-Sign Offer Letters - Multiple Signatures Support:
- Added support for multiple signatures in eSign offer letters.
- Roles can now be assigned to each signature field, ensuring the correct parties are signing the documents.
4. Evaluation Forms - Configuration Update:
- A new configuration option is available for Evaluation Forms.
- By default, individuals with roles assigned in a job requisition will no longer be automatically selected, allowing for more customized evaluations.
5. Scheduled Emails - New Feature:
- Introduced functionality for scheduling regular emails, improving communication consistency and timeliness.
6. Onboarding - Timed Email for Signed Acknowledgment:
- Added the ability to schedule an email containing a signed acknowledgment document to be sent to a new hire at a specified time.
7. Onboarding Dashboard - Update:
- The Onboarding Dashboard has been refreshed for better usability and clarity.
8. Job Overview Filters - Update:
- Enhanced the Job Overview filters, providing more robust options for refining job searches and views.
9. Job Reqs - Draft Status Management:
- Hiring Managers can now view and edit Job Reqs they have created that are still in Draft status, offering greater control over job postings before they go live.
10. Declining an Offer - Enhanced Reason Capture:
- When a candidate declines an offer through the portal, companies can now capture the reason for the decline, providing valuable insights into candidate decisions.
11. Email Customization - Acknowledgement and Interview Confirmation:
- The From Name field in acknowledgement and interview confirmation emails can now be customized, ensuring more personalized communication with candidates.
12. Employee Portal - Updated:
- Various minor improvements and cleanups have been made to the Employee Portal to enhance the user experience.
13. User Management - User Value Addition:
- Added the uservalue field to the User Maintenance list page, allowing for more detailed user management.
14. Onboarding - DropboxSign Integration:
- DropboxSign has been integrated as an option in the onboarding process, offering more flexibility in document signing.
15. Job Board Apply Setup - Merge Fields:
- New merge fields for Brand Name, Brand Logo and Company Logo are now available in for inclusion for enhanced branding consistency in communications.
16. User Account Manager - Bulk Password Reset:
- Support for bulk sending of password reset emails has been added, with the ability to filter users by permission group, streamlining user account management.
17. Onboarding Workflow - Document Acknowledgement:
- Added a Document Acknowledgement step for Users/Roles within the Onboarding Workflow, ensuring necessary documents are reviewed and acknowledged by the appropriate parties.
18. Candidate Update - New Feature:
- A new option to update candidate information has been added, improving the accuracy and currency of candidate data.
19. Onboard Restoration - Canceled Onboards:
- Introduced the ability to view and restore onboarding processes that have been previously canceled, allowing for the resumption of onboarding activities if needed.
