1. Chat Feature in Candidate Messaging Tab
   • Introduced a new chat function in the Candidate Messaging Tab allowing recruiters and candidates to initiate two-way chat sessions.
   • Candidates can opt-in via text or email, and responses are retained in the candidate's record.
   • Recruiters receive real-time notifications through various channels and can respond directly in the chat.
   • Multiple chat sessions can be maintained until the candidate is dispositioned or the requisition is closed.
2. Employee/Vendor Referral Portal List Manager Update
   • Enhanced the List Manager functionality to include the Referral Stage column in the Stage section.
   • Users can now manage and display candidate statuses directly from the List Manager.
3. Employee/Vendor Portal - Referred Candidate Page
   • Added the Job Requisition Status to the referred candidate page, providing clearer insights into the status of job requisitions.
4. User Maintenance Grid
   • Introduced a new User ID column to the User Maintenance grid for improved user management and identification.
5. Hiring Manager Candidates Widget
   • Resolved an issue where the Hiring Manager Candidates Widget had an error when the user preference was set to "Hide No Interest in Grid" and clicking on Unscreened.
   • Fixed the Rejected parameter being added twice in the URL, preventing errors.
6. Offer Hire Rules - Closed Jobs
   • Updated the Offer Hire Rules to ignore setting the Req Status upon Offer Acceptance if the job is closed.
   • Prevented closed jobs from reappearing as On Hold due to repeated offer acceptances by the candidate.
7. Canon Copier Uploads
   • Ensured that the completion date for onboard tasks is not changed when a new copy is uploaded.
   • Introduced a new action type “Updated” for audit trail purposes to reflect changes.
8. Signature Size Reduction
   • Reduced the size of the signature for Acknowledgement onboard tasks to improve document readability.
9. Employee Portal - Apply Button Update
   • Updated the Apply button functionality in the Employee Portal to automatically log in candidates to the application, bypassing the login page for a seamless experience.
10. Hiring Manager Draft Job Reqs Visibility
    • Allow Hiring Managers to view and edit Job Reqs they have created that are in Draft status.
    • Improved visibility and accessibility for Hiring Managers to manage their drafts efficiently.
