1. Onboard - Acknowledgment - Scroll-to-Bottom Task for Signing

   • We’ve introduced a new feature that allows you to create tasks during onboarding that require new hires to scroll to the bottom of a page before they can sign. This ensures that important information is thoroughly reviewed before acknowledgment.

2. Enhanced Dropdown List Values in Admin Tools

   • We’ve expanded the dropdown list options so you can easily add custom values to enhance data entry and selection.

3. Mail Merge Fields for System Event Notifications

   • You can now include dynamic content in system event notifications using mail merge fields. Specifically, we’ve added support for including the Brand Name and Brand Logo in these communications.

4. Setting Delay for System Event Notification Emails

   • Customize the timing of system event notification emails with a new setting. You can now control when these critical messages are sent to ensure optimal communication.

5. Location Address Merge Field for Onboarding

   • When creating templates for onboarding, you can now include a merge field that dynamically provides the location address. This streamlines the process and ensures accurate information.

6. Onboard Archive Option for Combined PDFs

   • During onboarding, you now have the choice to include or exclude combined PDFs in the onboard archive. This flexibility allows you to tailor the archive to your specific needs.

7. Improved Workflow Step Confirmation Message:

   • When jumping to a new workflow step, the confirmation message now displays the step title that will be marked as complete. This provides clarity and helps users understand their progress.

8. Undo Change in ApplicantProvider.cs for Workflow Placement:

   • We’ve reverted a recent change in ApplicantProvider.cs that was inadvertently placing candidates into the workflow during movement. This ensures smoother workflow management.
